Can I file to my insurance?

Yes, you may file to your insurance. However, if you have a high deductible or are uninsured, you can always choose our cash option.

Are there any additional charges?

Only if you are referred to be seen in-person which might incur additional charges. However, Satellite Med applies your online payment to your in-person visit, so you won't be billed twice!

Can I get antibiotics prescribed via telemedicine?

Yes; however, antibiotics aren't always the right treatment. Antibiotics fight bacterial infections in your body, but they do not treat viral infections. If the provider believes your symptoms to be viral in nature, they may choose a treatment plan that includes over-the-counter (OTC) symptom relief. Ask about putting your antibiotic on hold at the pharmacy of your choosing if your symptoms do not improve!

What's your refund policy?

If you receive a diagnosis from our providers, you will not receive a refund. If you are referred to be seen in-person, your online service fee will be applied to your in-person visit. However, if your call is not completed AND you do not receive a diagnosis, we will gladly refund your payment.
